The health of our guests is very important to us
For the protection of our guests and our team, we are currently taking some hygiene measures that guarantee a carefree holiday and yet do not detract from the familiar feel-good ambience of our Sporthotel Xander. We ask our guests to disinfect their hands or wash them thoroughly on a regular basis. Furthermore, the recommended minimum distance of one meter must be met. We would also like to point out that mouth and nose protection is mandatory in the public areas of the hotel.

- Minimum distance
For the protection of you and our other guests, we kindly ask you to keep a distance of 1 meter between each other throughout the hotel. - Avoid physical contact
We ask our guests to avoid direct physical contact and avoid shaking hands. - Face mask obligation
According to the latest information, we ask our guests to wear mouth and nose protection in all public areas of the hotel (restaurant, reception, etc.). - Disinfection
We recommend our guests to wash their hands several times a day and to disinfect them regularly. - Crowds
We ask our guests to avoid crowds and to respect access and contact restrictions.
- Online check-in
To avoid waiting times at the reception, we offer our guests the possibility to check in easily and comfortably online before their arrival. Simply send us your relevant data and those of your fellow travelers. Only the registration form needs to be signed on site. - Cancellation
To enable you to plan your holiday as carefree as possible, we offer our guests the possibility to cancel their stay free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. - Payment
Cashless payment is recommended. - COVID-19 tests
Our guests have the opportunity to have COVID-19 tests (PCR test) carried out on site. Current information on this can be found here.
- Cleaning
Our housekeeping team pays increased attention to hygienic cleanliness in all public areas and in the rooms. All public areas are cleaned and disinfected daily. - Disinfectant dispensers
The disinfectant dispensers are available at the entrance areas, at the reception and at the entrance to the wellness area. - Regular airing
All rooms are ventilated regularly.
- Face mask obligation
To ensure the safety of all, all our employees wear a mouth and nose protection. - COVID testing
Our employees are regularly tested for COVID-19. - Hygiene training
Participation of our employees in extensive hygiene training ensures the maximum safety of our guests.

We recommend wearing a face mask in all entrance areas and inside the SPA area. - Pools & saunas
Our pool and saunas are open. We would like to point out that the minimum distance must be observed and that the number of people can be limited.

- Spacious winter landscape
The 271 kilometers of trails for cross-country skiers of all levels are perfect for a cross-country skiing holiday. Our guests can further enjoy the unspoilt snowy landscape of Leutasch during a hike on one of the many winter hiking trails in and around Leutasch. - Face mask
It is compulsory to wear a face mask in marked areas (e.g. at the lift station). High-performance lifts guarantee a carefree skiing day without queuing up.
